Therefore, the model number for 3.2m x 3.2m spill bund made out of RPVC 900gsm is FMSB3232P09N.

Custom Made Solutions

Fleximake can provide you a tailor made solution to perfectly fit your secondary spill containment application. We can manufacture collapsible bunds to fit any shape and size you require. In addition we can provide a solution with the following options.

 

  • Foam walls instead of collapsible wall (also known as spill mats)
  • Inflatable walls instead of collapsible walls

We can also provide you with flexible liquid storage solutions consisting of robust liquid containment bags, bladders or Onion tanks for primary containment and collapsible spill bunding for secondary containment. These bunded tank solutions are ideal for not only storage and handling of flammable and combustible liquids such as fuels and oils, but also other dangerous goods such as hazardous chemicals. Fleximake flexible bladders can also be used for temporary storage of contaminated bund water. We also manufacture high quality spill mats and flexible spill barrier bunds. These will complement spill kits by minimizing the use of absorbent mats and will help you effectively control unwanted oil spills. Fleximake pallet covers can help you cover stored hazardous materials and keep them secured from accidental contact.

Robust and durable

Fleximake Portable spill bunds are designed and manufactured to be robust and durable. We apply UV resistance fabric materials for all our spill containment solutions to minimise the UV degradation.

Walls are reinforced with heavy duty fiberglass rods that allow the bunds to be sturdy once erected. All the seams of Fleximake spill bunds are fusion welded using cutting edge plastic welding machines for guaranteed 100% sealing and for strength. If required we can include eyelets for pegging down on to soft grounds.

The fabric material used for our bunds are heavy duty, abrasion and puncture resistant, high in tensile strength therefore suitable for deployment on rough surfaces. Fleximake can provide an optional protective ground sheet if the surface contains sharper objects.
