Our latest innovations in environment-friendly inflatable brattice walls and tunnel plugs are revolutionising the mining and construction industry. Applications in Real-World Project

A prime example of the effectiveness of these brattices is their use in the Rozelle Interchange tunnels as part of the WestConnex project. These tunnels, predominantly excavated from sandstone, posed a significant risk of respirable crystalline silica exposure. To safeguard workers, the world-renowned tunnel construction joint venture company John Holland / CPB contractors (JHCPB) installed a robust exhaust ventilation system paired with Fleximake brattice walls. These inflatable solutions not only optimised ventilation but also ensured stringent safety standards were met.
