Fleximake offers high quality concrete curing blankets also known as concrete tarps that are ideal for curing your concrete job under cold weather conditions. We manufacture our concrete curing blankets using heavy duty woven polyethylene skin for extended longevity. Flexible and high performance insulation material core of the concrete blanket retain the heat from the exothermic hydration reaction of curing. This maintains a desirable temperature for perfect curing. Our concrete blankets also are the ideal solution for smoothening undesirable temperature fluctuation during curing of your concrete job. We have a wide selection of thermal concrete blankets with various R-values to choose from. The innovative design used for insulation material in our thermal blankets are resilient and hydrophobic which ensures superior performance. The woven polyethylene outer skin is tough and durable.
We manufacture all our concrete curing blankets in Australia. We here at Fleximake have the fastest concrete blanket manufacturing machines in Australia. The modern tech, high speed machines bring us the capability to guarantee you a fast turnaround time regardless of the size or shape of any thermal concrete blankets. This also means that now we can offer you very competitive prices as opposed to our direct competitors. As well as our already existing standard range, we can also produce custom concrete blanket to suit your specific requirement.

Why you need Insulated Concrete Curing Blankets
To Shorten Concrete Curing (Setting) TimeSetting or curing of concrete is a chemical process and as in many chemical reactions the rate is temperature dependent. The lower the temperature, the slower is the process of setting of concrete. Even relatively mild cold weather can slow concrete curing. At 23°C you might be might be able to safely strip the formwork from concrete job in 4 days. But when temperature reduces down to 10°C, the same concrete job may take 8 days to reach a strength level that allows you to strip the formwork. The curing time would be much longer for temperatures below10°C. Following graphs show setting time of concrete at different temperatures for two mixes of concrete.
